How to avoid overthinking and re-program mind
Sir, earlier I was regular at 5 am sessions, but in the middle I had delay in the sleep time, due to that I was not able to follow regularly, can you pls share some powerful techniques to fix up this routine, I'm ready to follow this from tomorrow onwards. and most of the times I will overthink a lot if some one says something or regret of not completing things at a time, can you pls help me for this as well.

For your overthinking or regret for not completing the task Rule no 1 - Slow progress is better than no progress. So don't self sabotage your self. And for routine create a routine/structure and start following and it will take 1 month to follow that so please move slowly.

How to deal with overwhelming situation?
Recently, I am facing some health challenges..It's been a week now... That I am not Consistent with my habits, cannot able to wakeup on time... It takes more time for me to complete my regular work... It feela very overwhelming... That negative thinking comes in and haunts me, that I might stay mediocre the way I was before.... These days I am constantly overthinking and not understanding what step I should take next ?? Kindly help me with these πŸ™πŸ˜‡

First of all take 1 complete day off and do something that you love. Go on a road trip or watch a movie. Whatever energises you. Overthinking self doubt it's a part of the journey. You will experience all these emotions. Somedays you will feel like top of the world and some days you will feel like drowning in the water. All you have to shift your focus from these thoughts. The best way can be read 100 pages of the book - Magic of thinking big.
