Why What Works for Her… Might Not Work for You
Let me give you something real from years of training women… Two women can follow the same workout. Eat similar foods. Stay “consistent.” And still get completely different results. Why? Because your body doesn’t respond to trends… It responds to what it needs. I’ve seen women: • Under-eat and wonder why nothing is changing • Overtrain and hold onto fat • Copy other people’s routines and burn out • Ignore what their body is clearly telling them And the biggest mistake? They keep going… instead of adjusting. 😔 Your body is always communicating: Low energy? Constant soreness? Cravings out of control? Progress stalled? That’s feedback, not failure. The women who actually transform… Are the ones who learn how to read their body and respond accordingly. Not guess. Not copy. Not start over every Monday. They adjust. So let’s make this real: What has your body been trying to tell you lately… that you’ve been ignoring?

I've noticed since the beginning of the year my progress have stalled. Im consistent with my workout, I rest/recover, I eat fairly clean...but my problem is I under-eat. Im definitely not fueling my body properly. What worked 15 years ago...is not working now🫣

We’ve officially reached 50 members. 🥂 😎 And to protect the quality, accountability, and energy inside this space… the Mastery Circle is now closed. Moving forward, new members will only be accepted on a limited basis and will require a $14/month commitment. This isn’t just a group, it’s a space for women who are serious about mastering their body, habits, discipline, and overall wellness. Starting in May, we’ll begin our Sunday live sessions, where I’ll walk you through structured workouts and foundational principles so you can experience what virtual training with me truly looks like. You’ll also start seeing more: • Structured guidance • Intentional programming • Real accountability • Education that actually moves you forward To keep this space aligned, engagement matters. If you haven’t introduced yourself or contributed yet, I’ll be reaching out personally. After three check-ins, I’ll begin removing inactive members to make space for women who are ready to show up, engage, and grow with us. Weekend Check-In
Quick check-in. What did you train today? Or are you taking an active rest day? Either way… be intentional. Weekends are where most people fall off. They lose structure, fall into old habits, and reset all over again on Monday. We don’t move like that. If you’re resting, make it make sense. If you’re training, show up with purpose. Why Most Women Aren’t Seeing Results
Let’s be real… it’s not that you’re not working. Maybe you’re not working with structure. Random workouts. Inconsistent eating. No real plan to follow. No accountability. That will keep you stuck every single time. Results don’t come from doing more… they come from doing the right things consistently. That means: • Strength training with intention • Eating enough protein • Following a plan long enough to actually see change If you’re constantly switching it up, you’re restarting your progress over and over again. And that’s why progress feels slow… or nonexistent. Be honest with yourself… Are you following a real plan? Or are you just doing what feels good that day?

Starting in May, I’m going LIVE every Sunday for a quick, effective workout (under 30 minutes) + real coaching. This is your chance to tap into structure, discipline, and consistency… without overthinking it. But I’m building this FOR you, so I need your input. What kind of workouts do you want on Sundays?
