URGENT - Panel Supply Alternative
Guys, I need some alternative places to buy metal panels from that is located in America. Preferably not ChromaLuxe. These are the sizes Im looking at: - gloss white, 12x18"(304.8x457.2mm)x1.15mm - gloss white, 18x24"(457.2x609.6mm)x1.15mm - gloss white, 23.63"x35.44"(600x900mm)x1.15mm I have an order coming in from BeautySub but their shipping time got delayed, so i need an alternative in the interim.

Problem FIXED!
Hey I had a Problem with Vertical „cloudy“ lines in my picture. I tested a lot, but @Rush Decatur gave me a very good tip. I used the polyster That came with my big Heat press. Now the clouds are gone!

I thought the Teflon sheets and the moisture wicking fabric were different. Do we need both or will either one work for this purpose

Solar Power for Heat Press
Im looking for a solar power source that can be used for my heat press. Do any of you have a solar generator or battery that you can provide feedback on? Ive attached the specs for my press. Im looking at the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra

I read about the Solix but the output is 3.8KWh. How big is your press? The label on mine is saying 6.6KWh. Not sure if this one could work with the press.

Waves in Prints
I’m at my wit’s end. Every time I solve one issue, another pops up. Right now I’m pressing at 180°C for 300 seconds, but I’m consistently getting wave patterns in prints sized 18×24 inches and larger—the smaller prints come out perfectly fine. I can’t seem to pinpoint what’s causing it. On top of that, I’m also noticing small black dots scattered across the prints. At this point, I’m not sure what’s going wrong, so any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated.

After extensive testing and adjustments, I finally identified the issue. I was using the CALCA Sublimation Paper Roll (95gsm), which is thinner than my usual paper. That reduced thickness was causing the wrinkling. I’ve since switched back to the original Epson paper that came with the printer, and the results are now perfect: No moisture marks No wrinkles No black dots

Foggy Prints
So I just got my own heat press and im trying to do everything in house. But my prints are coming out with a foggy center. Im not sure if its the print settings, heat or pressure settings. Im burning them at 180 celcius for 120 seconds
