Dont quite understand getting A2p numbers verified in set up ready sub accounts. What if that isnt there local number thats verified. How does having a NC verified for a customer who's business is in Ga?

So after the review reactivation, all new contacts go in workflow #2? What happens when a client visits a business multiple times a week or every week? Do they go back in workflow #2? Do you remove the review request tag?

@Mike Jennings so how often would they be asked to leave a review if they get a request from the reactivation workflow, however they visit/work with the business multiple times thru the month. Would they not ever get another review request. When you respond, respond as tho you are talking to a 5th grader lol. Thank you.

@Clay Lawrence The click tag removes them from the workflow. However what if they visit or work with the business after the reactivation workflow has been fired? How do they get a review request as a returning customer?
A2P Verification
I am stuck on a question. When I get a client onboarded then do they have to wait 3-5 days for A2P verification to be completed to send out review requests or is there any alternate to start sending review requests quickly? I saw on reviewharvest website that the setup takes 30 mins and clients start getting reviews in 24 hours. how is that possible as A2P verification takes 3-5 days?

@Justin Frazier I feel like they are missing a step in sharing. My emails are going to spam.
Clients emails going to Spam
So My client emails are going to spam. I created a dedicated sub domain for my agency and their email are still landing in spam. Do they have to get a dedicated sending domain for their business? If so, that doesent seem like a easy process to get someone to go domain provider and have to connect them. Is there a better way or am I doing something wrong?
