This program would have been wonderful to have access to when I was transitioning out of my legal and franchise development work after 30 years and taking time to discover what I wanted to do next. I worked through much of that transition on my own, drawing on my background in spiritual work, visioning, dreamwork, and a great deal of writing and reflection. Along the way, I developed new processes and frameworks that helped me gain clarity about what I wanted this next chapter of my life to look like. Eventually, I created a modified version of EOS strategic coaching for a select group of business clients. It's been a wonderful balance, requiring only 3–5 hours a week, along with three days together every 90 days to celebrate their wins, review progress, establish new goals and strategies, and identify the next set of Rocks. Everything connects back to their 10-year vision, broken down into annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly actions. But I've also been looking for a way to bring that same level of clarity, intention, and meaningful transformation into my work with individuals. This program feels like the missing piece I've been looking for. It aligns beautifully with the spiritual, creative, and strategic work I've been doing for years, while offering a framework to help others navigate their own transitions and create meaningful shifts in their lives. Braja, I love how your work aligns with the way I already operate in the world. It's refreshing to find an approach that brings these elements together so naturally. I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience and looking forward to where it leads!

I'd love to do some exchanged with more peers! I'm in US central time zone. I'd like to practice both the career coaching as well as 30 minute session to practice for PPC. https://calendly.com/marcilaughlin/60min

What an integrative and informative Coaching Pracitum hosted by Ritu this morning. The group session allowed us to experience different aspects of how to Frame the Session and help them see the vision and the dream. Everyone participated and shared and this was very helpful to me. I continously see and am reminded that no matter how long I have been coaching, there is always something new to learn. Thank you to the coaches on the call and to Ritu.
