We live in a world that often seems more attuned to doom and gloom, focusing on what’s “wrong” rather than what’s “right.” It feels like we’re almost hardwired to dwell in duality. Right vs Wrong, Good vs Bad , Death vs Birth etc. Let’s turn that around. In this very moment, I acknowledge and celebrate 🎉 YOU! Whether you’re navigating bliss🤩 or battling through hell 👺, your experience, the journey, is filled with one of a kind moments🪄. As a Soul having a human experience , I’m on this beautiful self exploration journey, learning to embrace praise, more precisely self praise, just as much as I’ve absorbed criticism. It's astounding how often we expect excellence, yet a single misstep can feel like a heavy burden. Imagine a world where every achievement, big or small, is met with joyous applause, and every mistake is met with kindness, understanding, and support. The current energies are allowing me to be fully present with all emotions that arise. This can be very uncomfortable, to say the least. Still, I open my heart wide, sit and allow them to reveal where I need to practice unconditional love. No need to dig for root causes… Psychoanalyze…Nor read more books or attend workshops and seminars to ‘heal’.
