Hi, I'm Sherry! My love for languages started with English, since it's such an essential second language. I used to teach at an adult education center, but eventually realized that office politics just wasn't for me. So, I pivoted my career and worked as a tax coordinator at an accounting firm. However, after three years of developing my career in such a large corporate environment, I felt more burnt out than excited. Therefore, I made another career change and returned to my true passion: language teaching. Now, I’m a freelance online Mandarin teacher. I'm also diving into brand building, something they don't teach you in school, but a crucial skill that's worth the effort in any field.
