How are you strengthening your inner self?
Many of us take our spirituality or spirituality awareness as seriously as we take our roles and responsibilities in our family and work lives. With 2026 gearing up to be busier and in some cases, more explosive that our previous years, have you thought about how you will develop and strengthen different skills and practices within yourself in order to remain balanced, in control, enabling you to see through the lies, the hype and the attempts to keep you in a state of fear? True leadership is about remaining balanced and seeing through the haze. What daily practises are you committing to build and maintain your inner strength as a leader?

Id like to explore this more in order to garner some ideas and suggestions for things qe could do to empower ourselves as leaders this year.
More About The Benefits of Writing
I came across this YouTube videos about writing and how it can benefit us. It contains many of the ideas that I frequently share both in training on writing and journaling. Enjoy and learn. https://youtu.be/76HuH7Pm69k?si=IbVe6yotf3WcmoqP

Love this Sandra. It answered a lot of questions I had around writing for brain health.
What I'm looking for in this group
Hi Sandra in answer to your question I'm looking for alternative perspectives, opinion and advice to steer my journey in self discovery. Hopefully leading to a more enlightened and enriched future. Community, motivation and clarity are three words that come to mind.
How are you doing today?
Checking in with everyone today. We are almost at the end of another week. What has been you biggest challenge this week, and what has been your biggest win? I'll start us off. 🌟My biggest challenge this was doing a 'live chat' in one of my other Skool communities. I had not used system before, so was learning the set up. It took me 4 attempts to get it all right. 😅 I got there and was pleased with myself for persisting. On that note I will be doing a live chat here shortly. Do keep an eye on posts and the calendar to be updated on that. 🏆 I think I would add the above a super win this week. I used to do at least two live chats a week, but stopped doing this some time ago with the intention to start it up again. I'm not sure if you've experienced this, but sometime when you stop doing something for a while, you can begin to question yourself about your skills and confidence. So I have had to work on my mindset to get back to it. So just doing this first on for quite a while, even with the challenges I mention above is a win for me. What's happening with you this week?

My biggest challenge this week was navigating East Midlands Trains and the Lindon Underground system as someone with mobility issues. Those gaps between the train and the platform are really scary! A train guard lent me his arm to get on the train and when I arrive in London, another guard offered his arm to help me off after seeing me tentatively attempting to step off then step back up at least three times! My sister's arm andencouraging words of 'come in Shetilyn, you can do it. Big step' helped me on and off the subway. We had a lovely spa afternoon and relaxing massage at a beautiful hotel followed by a delicious dinner in their opulent restaurant before heading to the Royal Albert Hall for an event with former US Vice President Kamala Harris in conversation with one of my most admired authors Chimamanda Ngozi. As a recent stroke survivor that excursion boosted my confidence no end and stimulated my mind and body in all the positive ways I needed!

I have an online magazine - Shine Magazine I'm sharing an issue with you here, because we are look to see if anyone might be interested in writing a short piece on your favourite topic (no selling) or passion.
