I finally feel like I'm on my own path and have clear intentions of how I want to live MY life. My question is how do we not veer off our path? For me I find I can be a little judgmental towards others that choose to live life differently whether it be goals or parenting? WHY?! I don't want to think this way, I think it may stem from insecurity within myself. I always feel like I have to justify or explain why I am doing something. It's annoying, I try to tell myself everyone has a different journey but then my mind goes back to judging. I want don't want to feel like I need approval for what I do. Also, I'm taking a break from social media and this has helped me stay focus on myself and had minimize comparisons. When I'm on social media I get more confused like I should be doing this or that. I also know I will eventually go back on social media, how do I manage this?

for anybody who is just now joining this group, hi! 👋🏻 I wanted to give some quick context as to what this community is. Essentially up until now, this was a “private” group for members that opted into a workshop I was hosting. After the workshop ended, this community has been inactive for a couple months, but I’m opening it up now to the general public and will be hosting more events on here. So many of us wish to connect with others who resonate with the subjects we’re exploring, on our own personal spiritual journeys. My intention is to let this platform be a place where people can find each other as well as openly discuss thoughts, insights, and explore various topics that empower us. For anybody new, feel free to make your own post that introduces yourself and lets us know what you’re all about! Or if you’d rather be a silent observer, that’s cool too 😊 if there’s any cool topics you ever want to explore or open up conversation on, feel free to start a thread. I’ll be hosting some free zoom calls now and then as well (which can be found on the calendar tab) - I’d like to do some occasional calls that are really just casual and open conversations, where I can let go of my role as “teacher” and really just hang out with everyone/get some good conversations going. On top of that, I’ll also be creating more exclusive workshops/courses that will be available on here to buy into as well. I hope to see this community grow and thrive, cheers!
