Hi everyone, I’m really pleased to be joining the group. I’ve recently joined a relatively new care provider as their Registerer Manager. The provider is part of an established franchise with many years of experience in the sector. Like many providers, we’re finding recruitment and retention challenging, particularly while we’re building up hours. Another area I’m working on is making sure carers have enough time to complete clear, accurate care notes that meet CQC requirements, without taking time away from the people we support. I’m looking forward to sharing experiences, learning from others and picking up practical ideas along the way.
