Hello all. My name is Shelly. I've been on my glp journey for a couple years. I've pretty much achieved my goal weight...but bounce around it give or take a few pounds. I want to maintain and build muscle. The appetite control with the Sem and Tirz is not what it used to be abd I'm concerned about that...definitely need the food noise dialed down. Food has always been an issue but not exercise...I w/o 6/7 days a week. I do hiit and lift heavy. So if I go with the Ret, which dose do I start? I have high tolerances but don't want to feel yuck...tia
