If you can see this you are being called…
have you ever experienced the power of group intention with meditation? When people come together in mind and heart coherence and hold and intention or vision together… It creates a very powerful effect on reality There is something called “the maharishi effect” where when 5,000 people came together in meditation with the intention of peace it decreased violent crimes around the planet by a SUBSTANTIAL percentage Back in 2019 I led a group meditation on youtube and we had 12,000 concurrent people meditating for peace on the planet It was SO POWERFUL! You could FEEL the energy of us all doing it together With all the craziness happening in the world I believe NOW is a time that we come together in mind and heart coherence to set a vision for what timeline or energy we want to experience I believe much of what happens on the planet keeps people in fear and anger and when our energy is dispersed and incoherent.. We look to authority to tell us what to do With all the “documents” released recently this is not longer woo woo tin foil hat assumptions We must come together and raise our vibration together to then experience the reality we want! This is why for the first time in 5 years… I am going to run a LIVE 21 day Raise Your Vibration Challenge! We will be raising our base point vibration from the inside out AND using the power of group energy to not only transform our lives, but also set the intention and vision for what kind of world we want to be in Would you want to join? I’ve been feeling a call to run this live for a while and had the clarity recently that now is the time And I set the intention that those that are meant to join will see this! Once you master your "core frequency" everything changes...
I have a quick announcement and then I'll be sharing the most powerful realization I have had of the last 2 years… first! from now on I will be sending out a weekly newsletter sharing updates, realizations, techniques and resources to help you raise your vibration and transform your life This is my first one sharing the most powerful idea I've had that has recently transformed my life Okay here we go… I have experienced more growth in the last month than I have 2 years with my purpose and mission and growth I've had friends reach out to me asking me what I did to experience this growth… I've had people commenting on my videos expressing gratitude for the kind of energy coming through I've had more opportunities coming into my life than I have in 2 years And it came from completely letting go of results Let me share with you this shift and how you can apply it in your life too A few months ago I was wanting to grow my mission To reach more people, have more impact etc I thought that in order to get "there" I had to do MORE But a few years ago I decided that I was DONE with youtube videos and being a "youtuber" For me to get to the next level… I must stop being a youtuber and start being someone who runs live events If I want to me like my mentors that I look up to like Tony Robbins or Joe Dispenza I must challenge myself to become more So I focused on learning new skills and putting myself out there in a new way No more did I make youtube videos with my whiteboard teaching ideas NOW I run live events and live hotseat coach people in the room In the total unknown! Who knows what will happen? In this process over the last 2 years I have become a great coach and seen many people transform However as time went on I feel I left a part of me behind… I could feel I was trying so hard to become "more" that I had lost connection with who I really am A few weeks ago I felt a desire to get back to my "core" and I realized that much of my life had become about getting THERE instead of being here

@Evelyn Hall I agree! I so love the red rock country in Southern Utah! Zion Canyon is my fave .💕😜 The weather has been too warm here, which has caused some of the trees and bushes to bud out too soon. It would be lovely to have a bunch of snow dump all over us, as the area really needs some moisture. How about New York? Any snow for you guys? I was a nanny in New Rochelle/Scarsdale 40 years ago when I was 20. I loved the suburbs, but didn't prefer going in to the city.

Frequency Fridays for January! (share your story!)

The one experience that shifted my awareness in 2025 was ending up in urgent care in late August due to low potassium levels. My body started going keto/carnivore at the end of 2019, but I didn't have clear info awareness regarding electrolyte balances, and, the more recent info regarding oxalate poisoning and sensitivity from Sally K Norton. (Her book literally describes the constant discomfort and pain I've experienced my entire life, with zero help from doctors because they've been telling me I'm "just fine" and "healthy as a horse", and I'm now 60 years old and can finally eat a meal without feeling anxious about whether I'm going to be down for the count for 3+ days after eating a "healthy" meal because I finally know what a truly healthy meal is for my body and the way it works.) I've struggled with literally every symptom of oxalate sensitivity and overload since I was about 4 years old, but who'd'a thunk all these mysterious symptoms would be due to that! I've come to realize my body is taking care of me by guiding me to what it truly finds supportive, even though many people disagree with what that is and what we've been told is "healthy". Feeling stronger and stronger each day as I allow my body to heal itself and tell me what it needs in order to do that. Thanks, @Aaron Doughty ! You've been part of that journey for me, as I've enjoyed watching your development and listening to your messages over the past several years. I especially enjoy your meditations when I'm having particularly strong reactions to oxalate dumping (one reaction lasted 3 painful weeks flat in bed this recent autumn). Thank you for the work you're doing. It gives me courage to share my artistic talents in the world in 2026 and I'm grateful I now have the strength to do so. 🌟💫✨💖💕
