Has anyone else had troubling sleeping with the seasonal shift?! I live in Portland so the change in the light and temp always throws me off. What are your go-to ways to get better sleep?
@Carla New so glad to hear that you are back on track. I know you are also very excited that they finally launched the melatonin free because you were waiting for that!
@Carla New I have not tried the melatonin free yet. I am struggling with health issues so I am not sure that I really want to make any changes in anything right now. The benefits that I was receiving overall have diminished greatly, yet, I do not think it is because of the product as more so because of my health. I feel the reason why I am staying with the product for now is I can only imagine how much worse I would feel if I actually went off of everything? I went through something similar when we used “good night”, it became less effective when I became “sicker”. I am just trying to take everything one day at a time and plowing through life right now! Just so glad 😌 to hear that you are thriving! Happy happy holidays!
