I am one. Recovering 💕 it’s a daily practice. Being a control freak AND a perfectionist (from playing classical piano all my life) gets you to stunt your own growth and progress and happiness’ I learned to let go and let it flow. My oldest student Dick Gomes (92 y o) thought me: “Rositsa don’t worry about a thing you can’t do nothing about”… How about you?

That’s why I always roll my eyes when some people leave it for “if I have time” Duh 🙄 If you have fun, your heart will be filled w ✨JOY✨ 💕 and you will show up at your best everywhere 💕 and make better decisions 💕 and make everyone else happy in the process! But, you can lead a horse to water… can’t make it drink it!! 🤦‍♀️ We do have a ton of people here in the tribe, leaving their joy for “when they have time” 😂 “Just do it!” - Nike & also @Brendan Danielson - thanks!
