I am really pushing myself to take action and be more intentional. My ADHD is the "externally motivated, sleepy dragging type" I dont have 1 hyper active bone in my body ha! so it always takes so much energy to do almost everything. But I refuse to do that this year. I have everything I need to be successful so I am really going to tune into my energy levels and make the most of the times when I do have those sudden energy burst. What about you? What did you do last year that you want to continue to do and do you want to stop doing?
