What age did you guys get your first house?🙌
Rent/buy/inherited/housing, what age did you spread your wings?🪽 I’m pushing very hard to try and be able to afford our first house, so was wondering what age everyone was when they got their first taste of real freedom!❤️

Who is using AI to help with their communities?✌️
Do you use It for your imaging and design? Does it help you with your daily posts? Do you think there is a risk of loosing authenticity from using AI?😩 Finding the balance is the way forward! I use AI to help with imaging and to sometimes check my own ideas to see if AI can tweak them!🙌 Make sure if you’re using AI to keep it as human as possible and reword what it gives you, people tell AI a mile off!👀

I have just started using AI to help me create images (I am legally blind, so I either need to use AI when possible or pay someone else to do it for me) these days. I do think there are far to many folks (even on Skool) using AI inappropriately and contributing to AI slop. You can feel it when you read it... There is already so much information in the world. Regurgitating the same terminology and stuff is just adding to the noise (and making some folks look lazy). Being human (and your actually self) is more important than ever! Remember...AI does not have a soul (and tells you whatever you want to hear because it is programmed to serve YOU. That is NOT always in your own best interests. Apparently, I have a lot of thoughts about this...

@Joseph Groom Thanks. Great to know. I have a WYSIWYG philosophy (adopted more our of inability to edit since 2018)...just been waiting for video editing with AI to come out!!!
