This is an Emotional Detox Hypnotherapy session using Zoom. This is just one of the processes that I provide to empower clients to supreme confidence! One of the great benefits, of releasing any burdens and doubts, is being able to get to the root of the problem for immediate Transformation! This session goes through the stages of highlighting hypnosis to eradicate the underlying problem and boost that inner belief and determination to succeed! Each stage builds on the one before so that all aspects of the problem are dealt with. Getting the score of the problem down to zero from where it started, to how it feels now. There I was, up a little dirt road, teetering on the edge of a 300 foot drop in Swaziland, on the brink of death, the hire car just one foot from the precipice, and all I could think of was how to get the hire car back in one piece, as they would be really upset!! It’s amazingly banal sometimes what you think of when you are put on the spot! It wasn’t my life I was concerned about, just some piece of machinery. Life can change in an instant and things can take a totally different path to what you had planned or wished for! Luckily I survived, but my thoughts and wishes for my life then became more important and I swore to do something with it that would make me proud! You see the Circle of Life has many ups and downs. It’s how we react and what we do with this topsy-turvy world that marks us out as change makers! I am reminded of these words that have forever stuck in my mind, about life’s ups and downs. From the lyrics of “Windmills of your mind” “Round like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel Never ending or beginning on an ever spinning reel Like a snowball down a mountain, or a carnival balloon Like a carousel that’s turning running rings around the moon Like a clock whose hands are sweeping past the minutes of its face And the world is like an apple whirling silently in space Like the circles that you find in the windmills of your mind …” — [Noel Harrison] So take the Windmills Of Your Mind and make them your own, and strive to do the things you set out to do when you had your vision of your future!!

I have been out in the wilderness for several weeks or so! First my mother dying on Boxing Day and making me think of where I am in my career and life. Now my brother is suffering some serious Kidney problems and that’s another strain on where I feel I am at this moment! However, I am slowly getting back to where I feel the best and happiest and that is Hypnotherapy! So getting back to basics and enjoying what makes me tick and makes me love helping others Supercharge Their Confidence is where I belong! I shall be posting more of the work that I do, and include some Hypnotherapy sessions that I do with permissions of course, and lots of uplifting and thought provoking stuff! So I am back and onwards and upwards!!

I now have a fabulous Mentor in Karl Smith. Over the next 2 years we will be working together to expand my knowledge of Hypnosis and learn exciting and new ways of instant and powerful Hypnosis Techniques! How to increase my following by updating and expanding my Youtube site to further extol and show my expertise to the world! How to increase sales and get premium rewards for my hard work! You only get the best if you pay for the best. It is not a cheap option or something I would have considered recently. However, working with the fabulous Victoria Gallagher on a personal level and by trusting in myself that this is the utmost way to just be excellent, then it is worth its weight in gold! I am very excited about what the future will bring and what I will be sharing with others in the field of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and Supercharging Confidence in others!
