@Bev Jacobs They are sterlized well thats what they say on the packaging but here is the thing there is 2 versions which many people dont know that come out of china and if you get the slightly cheaper version there will be issues with the rubber stopper in the cartridge.. there difference is 2-5 cents per cartridge so always get the ones that have the darker bluer wrapping.

@Michael Mc It doesnt matter what cartridge I get or use I always sterlize it myself before use so reagrdless where you get it from you should always sterlize anyway. This should be standard practise but most people arn't educated in this area.

I use both. Pens for most because once you have mixed and put the cartridge in then they are far more convenient, but you need to know a few tricks to make sure you dont lose peptide after you pull the needle out and losing the last 15 units in the cartridge...I mix my Glow and Klow in a syringe for each shot, meaning I dont premix in a vial , so a syringe is needed for that, and some peptides i do IM so I like a syringe for those.... One thing to note many people dont change their pen needle after each shot and although that can be ok you can also restrict the flow of the peptide when one pen needle is use multiple times because the tip of the needle gets bent over and can restrict the flow so I used to use them for 2-4 shots before changing now I change after every use.

COA's arn't enough. I can have a batch of 5000 vials for Retatrutide and only get 2-4 tested when the batch was first created using for example Purple caps... I can then continue to manufacture using purple caps for future batches and use the same lables and just use fillers with no peptide content in the vials. I can buy 4 vials off a legitimate source that have yellow caps then get them tested have Janoshik mark the COA as mine, then make a batch of vials that are just fillers using yellow caps and sell them. There are many ways around this, the real question is how can you 100% trust your source and 100% trust that your source is giving you acceptable grade peptides?... well you cant unless you have taken a ton of expensive steps, or you have physically seen the process and know the people personally. 99% of all peptides come from China thats just a fact and any current company says otherwise is full of shit, it is very obvious when particular peptides come in the same size vial like for example ARA-290, certain blended peptides that they are using the same Chinese source. You can organize test groups but you need to purchase vials at different times from the same batch over for example a 4 week timespan this normally gives you a good indication if the batch is all good... I would say though that any serious peptide company only has it in its best interests to sell good quality peptides because why create monetary suicide when they can make a ton long term.... I have purchased from a few and I always get them tested, I now buy in bulk over a 4 week period and test both ends.

Dont use it. Even the chance of it irritating your nose is enough not to use it.

@Andres Meza If i need to take a dose then I will mix and just make sure all the peptide is dissolved then maybe wait 5-10 minutes and then take the dose, you dont need to put it in the fridge for hours etc. Just make sure it is well dissolved you will see if there is any pucks left in the vial so just make sure no powder is visible. NAD+ is not actually a peptide it is a small molecule so it is a little different but still the same process just make sure its dissolved and dont worry that it looks a little yellowish thats just the color of NAD+...
