Being a single mom of 4, a nurse, AND trying to stay consistent in the gym is not easy 😅 Some days I’m motivated, some days I’m just tired. For the moms here:How do you stay consistent even when life gets overwhelming? Do you follow a routine or just do what you can? I’m trying to stay disciplined 💪
