Blessings! I’m Kenyatte Tidwell, founder of Capacity Advantage Group. The simplest way to explain what I do? I help organizations grow. The longer version, because there is ALWAYS a longer version, is that I own an investigative research, strategic planning, and systems consulting firm. I work primarily with growth-stage small businesses and nonprofits to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and build the systems, strategies, and capacity needed to make growth sustainable. I’m also an INFJ, which probably explains a lot. I’m naturally a researcher, strategist, connector, problem-solver, and professional question-asker. I tend to notice patterns, think deeply about people and systems, and look for the bigger picture behind the problem. Give me a goal, a challenge, or a “Kenyatte, I’m trying to figure out how to…” and my brain immediately starts looking for pathways, possibilities, resources, connections, and solutions. Right now, I’m in the middle of strategically positioning Capacity Advantage Group and getting VERY clear about how I communicate what I do, who needs it, and how the right people can easily recognize when they should hire me or refer me. That’s a big part of why I’m here in Speak Your Way to Cash. I want to get better at turning the relationships and networking I already enjoy into healthy partnerships, active referrals, and consistent business. Now for the fun part, because I actually want to get to know people in here: What do you do, and what kind of person or opportunity makes you immediately think, “SEND THEM TO ME!”?
