Not sure if anyone else noticed this but I’ve never taken a photo of myself pointing down at the scale and my scale is very shiny. Good thing I double checked the photo before I posted it definitely not the most flattering of angles.

I’m not planning on doing anything too extreme I feel like that's been my downfall in the past. Just: β€’ showing up on court 4x/week β€’ getting my water in β€’ trying to make slightly better choices with food β€’ and not letting one bad day turn into a bad week
