@Shay Macleod I did my first Kundalini Yoga session with Jai Dev Singh last year. I was very, very lucky to have this experience. There's a balance of energy that happens here when you link breathwork to the movement specific movements. It has a profound shift on the mind. I'm posting a link to the youtube channel, lifeforceacademy below. Some of these are hour long sessions. I suggest going for a 15 or 20 minute to see what you think. https://www.youtube.com/@Lifeforceacademy

Also, here's yogigems. Don't get distracted by the hat, but she's really great on the kundalini yoga and breathwork side. Here is a quick 10 minute energiser. Let me know what you think and if this resonates with you.
Gratitude + The Law of Reversibility = Reality Hacking
Most people think they’ll feel grateful after they hit a goal. But that’s backwards. Let me show you. Say you desperately need $10,000 this week or you’ll lose your car. Right now you probably feel stressed, anxious, maybe even hopeless. All of those emotions are like static—interference that blocks opportunities from finding you. Resistance towards a positive emotional state. Now imagine I walk in and hand you $10,000 cash on the spot. What happens? Your chest relaxes. Your mind clears. You feel relieved, safe, even excited about the future. You instantly shift into gratitude. Here’s the key insight: If receiving the money can cause you to feel gratitude, then feeling gratitude can cause you to receive the money. That’s the Law of Reversibility in action—a principle Neville Goddard and modern physics both point toward: If A causes B, then B can cause A. If a physical fact (getting $10K) can produce a psychological state (gratitude), then the psychological state (gratitude) can produce the physical fact (getting $10K). Why this isn’t “woo”—it’s science Your brain doesn’t fully distinguish between vividly imagined experiences and “real” ones. Neuroscience calls this neuroplasticity. When you repeatedly generate the emotional state connected to your goal, you strengthen the neural circuits that filter for and act on opportunities to create it. Your subconscious works like a magnet, aligning your perception, decisions, and energy with the reality you’ve been rehearsing emotionally. How to apply it right now 1. Identify the state. Ask yourself how would I feel if I already had my goal?(Relief? Security? Freedom? Joy?) 2. Step into it now. Close your eyes, meditate and reach an Alpha brainwave state. Then visualise and feel it as though it’s real. Don’t “wait” for it—generate it. 3. Lock it in with gratitude. Whisper the “magical prayer” before bed: “Thank you for showing me that this issue is already solved.” Personalize it: “Thank you for showing me that this $10,000 is already here.” 4. Persist. Keep returning to that feeling state throughout the day—especially when your 3D reality tempts you to doubt.

Thanks Shay. This is a really good breakdown and I like that you used 10k as an example. I'll give this a go before bed and let you know when reality catches up. 😊

What up guys, I'm Shawn. I ran into Shay in Thailand, what are the chances...🏝 My goal has always been to dream big. I wanted to work on some really big projects using my artistic skills, and I was able to make thay happen by passionately focusing on what really made me happy during this time of my life. I ended up working on a horde of video games while in this industry. Last year though, I burned out when an extra looooong project pressed me to my limits. So I took a downward spiral. These were also post-covid symptoms, and that wake up call that I so very much needed. Imbalance is easy without the proper boundaries. 😅 (This goes for work, relationship, and anything) Eventually though, I lifted back up. You could say that I've taken the first steps to shift my reality into something different and focusing on my health and others'. It's a bit different from the years I put into sitting in front of a PC. Granted, I'm still in front of a computer...but maybe for less hours of a day. 😝 Now I'm here with a willingness to learn what I don't know, and maybe contribute some things that I've picked up on the way - through the craziness that we have been manifesting all along.
