Root to Core
The 30-Second Somatic Anchor When the mind is spinning in the clouds, bring your awareness back down to the stone. If you feel scattered or overly cerebral today, try this physical reset: Sit up straight and plant both feet firmly on the floor. Press your feet into the ground and feel the solid density beneath you. Visualize a thick, dark root extending from the base of your spine deep into the Earth's molten center, anchoring your energy completely. Exhale all the static straight down the cord. Comment "ANCHORED" below once your cord is set.

Spiritual Rules..
What’s the single biggest spiritual "rule" you stopped following? So much mainstream energy work preaches that you have to be in a "100% positive vibration" to heal or hold space. In my experience, forcing high vibes when your shadow is screaming just creates energetic pressure cookers. What’s a rule, practice, or myth in the spiritual space that you completely threw out once you started trusting your own integration? Drop it below.

That spirituality is only obtained through instruction or learning from others or books. I believe that spirituality can be in our DNA and accessed through intuition if we do not have or cannot find a teacher. We can be led by the spirit. Note: edited for typos
Grounding
When I first started bridging shamanic journeying with Reiki, the biggest shift wasn't the energy I felt in my hands—it was how grounded I felt afterward. For those exploring energy work here, what’s your biggest challenge when trying to stay grounded during a session?"

Good question. I consciously ground myself. When you lead, you tell us to ground ourselves and I appreciate that part of the session.
