The Clief Notes AI is live 📣
It’s live. Starting today, everyone in Clief Notes has access to the new Clief Notes AI. The easiest way to use it? Don’t overthink it. Ask it the question you would normally ask me. “Where should I start?” “What should I focus on next?” “Where did you talk about [topic]?” It’ll use what’s already inside Clief Notes to help answer you and point you toward the right lesson or resource when there’s something worth going deeper on. The goal isn’t to give you another AI tool to play with. It’s to make everything already inside this community easier to actually use. If you want Access to it Comment "READY" and we'll send you access to it!

AI/ICM adoption in a corporate environment, looking for advise
I am having a third round interview for a company where I will help adoption of AI into their dev teams. Talking about ICM is one of the reasons I believe they are interested. And I'm hoping to get some inpit from others in industry on how they are helping adopt AI and ICM into corporate environments. This shop in particular is heavily Microsoft based but they use a lot of python which is what I know. But what I am researching is how to properly make use of AI in these corporate environments making sure that AI has all the proper guardrails. The way I have worked on this so far is making sure that these AI agents have API access with limited permissions to the various sources that they are interacting with. But I'm wondering what other information that this community might have on other methods or ideologies to help with the AI adoption period. I will be working to help AI be adopted for developers as well as other teams such as sales. I'm looking for additional sources to investigate and learn about. Especially trying to make use of ICM practices in team environments. I have helped implement AI on developer teams but not as part of an AI focused team for the company as a whole., and this will be my first role being focused on that rather than a senior python developer.
Loop of Loops - How are you managing your agent infrastructure
A big part of the ICM method is, and I'm new here so correct any wrong assumptions, is that folders == agent flow. And it allows one agent process to flow naturally into other agent workflows. And I've been thinking about this but I just watched this video by Nate Jones and wanted to get your opinions on it and how it integrates into ICM. https://youtu.be/A4zMyjkL0Dc?is=nPthWUckYYzzIgQY I know the basics map well toba folders workflow structure. But how is this being handled for everyone when multiple sets of workflow folders need to callnornpass information to another one, or even multiple. He hints at one example about planning trips, checking weather, flight info, and more. Some of these loops could easily be called by many other workflows. So when using ICM how are you managing this? Automated calls and starting loops. CRON is an easy answer for answer for basic timed runs. But what about more complex setups. To me this seems like where I would use orchestration managent tools like linear or n8n using recursive workflows. I was hoping to hear how others have solved this while also using the ICM system. Or showing any examples. I've been trying to build some ideas to help manage my own tasks as well and really want to get started with this.

@Jordan Shaw yea my big question is the automation portion with a loop of Loops and how people are kicking off and managing those automations. I'm starting to understand the basic process better.
Writing MD.files, What Do You Use?
What does everyone use to create markdown files with? I use LibreWolf as my text software and it doesn't. I know you can hand create in Notepad but I know there has to be a better option. I noticed that GPT seems to balk sometimes. I have it output the language for review, and then have it generate the md file. Last time I did, it mentioned that it doesn't exactly copy the review copy, just uses a summary of it. That didn't make much sense. Suggestions please.

I have been using Obsidian for a long time and it has a special place in my heart. But as a developer I used pycharm for years, then slowly moved to vscode when the lsp systems got better (though i still think pycharm/intellij products have the best refactoring systems out there). but since covid I have been slowly going to neovim/astronvim for all my coding and it has bee eye opening how efficient it is making me. and with the right plugins writing and reading markdown has been awesome. But I do note this is an advanced setup. But also given I have been starting to come around to @David Vogel opinions on hermes (which ive been using anyways) with cognee memory, I feel like tools such as vscode with markdown enhanced plugin and neovim not only offer a better experience, but are also more useful for so many other tasks than just writing markdown that I am basically converging on those two. So neovim for most things, and in some cases vscode when i want to loosely look through a code base i am less familiar with and want to explore.
Chinese models US hosted & Private
There is a method of using Chinese models like: Qwen, MiniMax, Zai, Moonshot, etc. That are hosted in the US on the latest NVIDIA B300 datacenter GPUs, where your data stays private and is never trained on. This is where Ollama, the self hosted go to source for local models comes in. Ollama offers a selection of cloud based models. Simply append your model call with :cloud https://ollama.com/search?c=cloud&o=newest What's your favorite model?

I have been using Mimo quite a lot lately on their token plan and is quite cheap, and sometimes deepseek as a backup. mimo is very cheap especially for cache hits. how does the cost of these compare if I am using them through ollama cloud? I wish i had the hardware to run these on my own server.
