Hi, everyone! I started this group in January with high hopes to build out a community to share what we have learned over the years as wedding DJs. To be honest, this year has been much busier in our business than I expected. We've had some milestones and hurdles to face as a team. We've built a solid system for the future and I am excited about it. One that can run without me! That said, I cannot put the time into this group that I originally intended to and have come to the decision to say goodbye to Skool for now. I just purchased an Insta 360 camera. It did not come with an SD card. How big of storage will I need do you think. For example, I have 3 weddings this weekend. Maybe 12 hours of dance footage?

I was wondering if anyone has experience setting up SoundSwitch themselves with multiple lights vs buying a package like the two advertised by Both Lighting or DJ Daryl Bennett. Granted I do not have all Both Lighting, though they specifically posted videos claiming their programs are not for only their products and you can swap out fixtures for other brands, I do have a couple Both Lighting and/or exact same library file compatible lights. At $400-500 it is expensive but is it worth it?

Are yall just hitting record and letting it record your whole set? 2+ hours of footage? Or are you just trying to capture key moments when they happen? I've been filming my whole sets because I'm worried I will miss something. The best moments are always very spontaneous and I'm too busy DJing to pay attention to all that. But MAN its a lot of footage to filter through after each gig. Just trying to find a better way.
