I live in Tempe, AZ with my wife and 4 kids. Hi everyone, my name is Shawn. I have been wholesaling, lease optioning, and taking deeds on and off since 2003. I also most recently was buying and selling raw land. I have real estate licenses in New York and Florida. Every season and investing climate brings out new challenges, and I'm here for it. I love talking to sellers and have generally generated most of my best leads through direct mail. I still have a lot to learn, and I'd love to learn novations and perfect a cost-effective PPC ads strategy for more predictable lead flow. I really want to get a grip on the scripting and communication needed to close more deals. I have other business interests, but I love creative real estate investing, so I am always drawn back to it. I'm open to partnering and JV'ing, and to learning as much as I can from the master. Rich, I've been watching you from a distance for a while, and you seem like a high-integrity guy that I wouldn't hesitate to do business with. Thank you for allowing me into your group.
