Small Wins Club: Progress Check-In
Progress doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it shows up quietly: - A faster recovery - A softer response - A routine that feels easier - A moment of choice instead of reaction - You feeling more confident than last week Those small shifts matter — even when they don’t feel impressive at first. 💬 Friday check-in: What small progress did you notice this week — with your dog or with yourself? Every step forward counts. Let’s celebrate them

My dogs are barking less when someone comes to the door. It’s less chaotic.

🎉 New Year’s Intentions (For Humans and Dogs)
I don’t put a lot of pressure on New Year’s resolutions, but I do like setting intentions that reflect how I want to grow and show up. Here are a few of mine going into the new year: 1️⃣ Show up more on camera — even when it’s uncomfortable Being on camera isn’t something I naturally enjoy, but it allows me to explain concepts more clearly, reach more people, and make training support easier to access for families who need it. 2️⃣ Support 200 dogs and their families in 2026 Through this community, training plans, courses, and guidance, my goal is to make humane, science-based dog training more accessible and less overwhelming. 3️⃣ Work toward a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior Deepening my understanding of how brains and bodies work helps me be a better trainer, educator, and advocate for dogs. These aren’t about perfection or drastic change. They’re about steady progress, learning, and continuing to show up — even when growth feels uncomfortable. 💬 Your turn: Do you have an intention for yourself or your dog in the new year? Big or small, I’d love to hear it. Growth doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful — and you don’t have to do it alone. 🐾
