What habit or pattern would you like future generations to learn from you? How could you strengthen it this week?

Denying the flesh in all things. Honestly it's not spoken of enough. Or excused in areas we deem normal to overindulge in, like food. Or escapism in music. God has been pruning not just the "big" things but the "little" things too. Anything that takes away from honoring Him, time with Him or administering my temple as a living sacrifice.
