Yes I follow "Miracle minds" by Shri Sadguru and "Sattva" by Sri Sri Ravishankar, additionally do Sudarshan Kriya (Breathing Exercise). Daily about 1 Hr total.

@Simi Arora Sudarshan Kriya helps to take you to a meditative state with only breathing exercises. Wonderful experience each time, get a different level of vibrations in entire body for some time and feeling of energy.
