✨ Wednesday Nudge ✨- Wednesday 20th May
Today feels like a “Man in the Mirror” kind of energy. A moment to pause…to reflect…and to gently ask yourself What needs to change within me first? Not from blame. Not from pressure. But from awareness. Because the energy this week is showing us where we’ve outgrown old patterns, old reactions and old versions of ourselves. Within EAM, this is where true alignment begins. Not by forcing everything outside of you to change…but by becoming aware of what’s happening within you. So today, notice what keeps repeating. Notice what drains your energy. Notice where your body tightens when something no longer feels aligned. Your soul is always communicating with you. ❤️ And I really want you to go back and listen to the lyrics… and the conversations we had on Monday night with @Julie Monks during her live. Because sometimes it’s the smallest things… the smallest awareness… the smallest shift… that creates the biggest change. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You already have the tool within EAM to completely transform your life. The question is will you choose to use it? ✨ Message ❤️ if your ready to make the changes with in YOU !

✨ MEDITATION MONDAY - Monday 11th May
This week feels like an invitation from the universe. An invitation to trust. To trust yourself to trust your next step. To trust that not everything needs to make perfect sense before you move forward. The energy this week feels expansive. Like life is gently asking you to open yourself to new opportunities, new experiences, new conversations, and maybe even a new version of yourself. This is a week to say yes to life. To watch for the signs . To notice the synchronicities . To listen to the nudges. And most importantly… To trust where you are being guided. Not every next step will feel logical. Some things will simply feel aligned. And this is where we use the five-step method. ✨ Step One: Ask. But remember… we only ask ONE question at a time. Am I moving from fear? Am I moving from trust? Am I walking my soul path? Does this thought serve me for my greater good? Because the moment we stop overthinking and start asking… we allow our energy to respond. ✨ Step Two: Move. This is where we listen to the body. Using movement, your energy responds to the question. Forward for yes. Backward for no. Side to side. Round and round. And sometimes… no movement at all. Which can often suggest there’s resistance, blockage, or an energetic reversal around the question being asked. Your body speaks long before your mind catches up. ✨ Step Three: Explore. And if something doesn’t quite feel right… explore that. If the overthinking starts creeping in…If that little voice starts whispering, “I don’t think you should do that…” Don’t spiral in the thought. Just ask the question. Sometimes fear disguises itself as logic. ✨ Step Four: Release. Release the need to control every outcome. Release the fear of getting it wrong. Release the pressure to have your whole life figured out. Trust the process. ✨ Step Five: Create. This is the beautiful part. The manifestation.The alignment.The stepping into the energy of what you truly want. More trust. More confidence. More joy. More openness to life.

Monday Meditation - Monday 4th May
The aftermath of the Beltane - fire energy We’ve just moved through Beltane on Friday Fire energy. Creation energy. Expansion. This isn’t about talking about what you want anymore. This is about deciding. Your 3-month vision. Your 6-month vision. Not from pressure…From alignment. You don’t need to push this week you need to connect. ASK (Step 1) What do you actually desire? Not the safe version. Not the “realistic” version. The one that lights you up. The one you’ve maybe been avoiding saying out loud. Your next 3 months… Your next 6 months… Call it forward now. MOVE (Step 2) Drop into your body… Feel into that vision. Does it expand you - movement forward Does it feel exciting… movement forward A little uncomfortable… movement backwards That’s your truth. That’s your direction. And this is where you start to understand what’s holding you back. EXPLORE (Step 3) Now notice what comes up… Doubt… fear… hesitation… “Can I really have that?” Where is that sitting in your body? Just observe it. This is showing you exactly what’s been keeping you where you are. RELEASE (Step 4) You can’t move forward holding onto the old version of you. So this is where you let it go. Breathe… And say: “I release this in all forms, on all levels, and at all points in time.” Let it drop. Let it dissolve. Let it go You are no longer available for that version of you. MANIFEST – ( step 5 ) Quantum Magnetic Connection ✨ Now connect. Step into the version of you who already has it. Already living that 3-month vision. Already embodying that 6-month expansion. Feel it. You don’t chase your desires…you align with them. And from here you become magnetic. 🧘‍♀️ Meditation for You Use the guided meditation to go deeper… To connect into your heart…your dreams… your desires… This is where the real alignment happens. 🔥 Energy Reminder This week isn’t about doing more. It’s about deciding…releasing what no longer fits…and aligning with what you truly want. Because you can’t move into your next levelholding onto your old self.

Hey Gorgeous 🤍 This is your midweek check-in. If you can, step outside for a moment today… Go somewhere quiet — the towpath, the trees, the water… and just look around you. Because nature will show you exactly what you need to see right now. Nothing is rushing… But everything is moving. The trees are fuller. The light is shifting. There’s a quiet expansion happening everywhere as we move from spring into summer. And nothing is questioning if it’s ready. It’s just… becoming. We’re in the waxing phase of the Moon energy is building. But this isn’t your moment to force or overwhelm yourself with action. This is your moment to get clear. To notice: ✨ Where your energy is going ✨ What you’re actually working towards ✨ Whether you’re aligned with the version of you you’re becoming Because what you’re calling in already exists. And just like nature… you’re already in that process of becoming it. So today, don’t push. Don’t rush. Observe. Realign. Come back to yourself. And then move forward from that place 🤍
