I told each of my Colonels to come to me directly when the big boss called to chew them out. I told them to let me know immediately and I would serve as the buffer and field the calls. Another big problem was that these 2 clowns would not let my team do their jobs. They micromanaged every little thing, which really slowed down the mission. It got so bad that the General Counsel's office would call to find out what the heck was going on. I finally told my folks to give the GC what he needed and I would take the shrapnel from the fallout.
