I needed this reminder today. It’s so true — some things feel heavy, confusing, or uncomfortable, but God is still in it. He sees every struggle and every silent battle, and even the things that feel frustrating are shaping us, stretching us, and growing us. Nothing we’re facing is wasted. If God still has His hand on it, then it’s still under His control. I’m choosing to trust that even the hard parts are necessary for where He’s taking me next.
🤎
There was a time I prayed for doors to open. Now I thank God for the ones He quietly closed. Looking back, I can see His protection in places that once felt like disappointment. What I thought was a delay was direction. What I thought was rejection was redirection. What I thought I wanted wasn't what I truly needed. So today my prayer is simple: "Dear God, thank You for protecting me from what I thought I wanted." 🤍

This is so true. There were seasons where I begged God to open certain doors, and now I can clearly see how His “no” was actually His protection. What felt like rejection was really redirection, and what felt like delay was Him guiding me toward something better. I’m grateful for every door He quietly closed, even the ones I didn’t understand at the time. Today my prayer is the same — “God, thank You for protecting me from what I thought I wanted.” 🤍
When you need a reminder of who God says you are:
Declare His Word over your life: • The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. (Psalm 23:1) • The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? (Psalm 27:1) • God is within us; we will not fall. (Psalm 46:5) • The joy of the Lord is our strength. (Nehemiah 8:10) • If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31) • We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. (Romans 8:37) • For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

These reminders are everything. Sometimes I have to pause and speak the Word over myself until my spirit catches up. Each verse pulls me back into who God says I am — protected, strengthened, provided for, and never alone. When life tries to make me forget, Scripture brings me right back into alignment. I’m grateful that His Word doesn’t change, even when my circumstances do.

“I love this reminder for June. Protecting my peace, staying intentional, and choosing softness are exactly what I need right now. This really feels like a reset season for me — a chance to slow down, honor my growth, and become her on purpose. Thank you for this gentle nudge.” 🤎✨

I love this mindset for today. Protecting my peace and staying intentional have been huge for me lately. “Pray before pressure” is a whole reminder — it shifts everything when I slow down and invite God in first. And romanticizing my growth… that part hit. I’m learning to celebrate the small steps, the quiet wins, and the woman I’m becoming on purpose. This really does feel like a reset season, and I’m embracing it with gratitude and softness. 🤎✨
