When I say “pre-sell” what does that mean to you?

Pre‑sell to me means setting the expectation, the trust, and the understanding before the actual offer ever shows up. It’s when the right people already know who you are, what you do, and why they want to work with you — long before the “sales conversation” even happens. It’s alignment before appointment. Clarity before contact. Decision before the doorway. That’s what pre‑sell means to me.
Coffee Hours Recording - Free Gift 🎁 - How to deal with, why you don't take insurance.
In todays call I answered a burning question on how to deal with the "you don't take my insurance" objection as well as did a DEEP DIVE impromptu TRAINING on how building a Pre-Selling System saves you the frustration, pitching, and feelings of rejection while simultaneously priming nd pre-selling THE RIGHT patients to book an appointment with you, so that your first visit is a true exam and formality rather than a sales pitch! I am also giving you a free gift!🎁 Comment "Pre-Sold" if you want free access to it when it drops on Monday! YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!

Pre‑Sold! 🎁 This is exactly the kind of support and clarity I’ve been needing. The way you break down the insurance objection and the whole pre‑selling system makes so much sense — especially the part about shifting the first visit from a sales pitch to a true exam and decision point. Can’t wait to dive into the recording when it drops on Monday.
The Recession No one is talking about and how to get ahead in 2026
by now you've heard me paint a very different picture of what marketing could feel like — peaceful, pre-sold, and rooted in your design as a leader, not a chaser. But maybe you're still asking: “Why does it feel so hard right now?” “Why do I feel like I'm doing all the right things — but still chasing, following up, and getting ghosted?” It's not because you're bad at business. It's because the landscape has shifted. We're in a full-blown attention recession. - Content is multiplying. - Offers are everywhere. - AI is flooding the feed. Everyone's trying to be louder, faster, more “engaging.” But your ideal patient isn't starved for content. They're starved for connection. They don't need another freebie. They need someone they trust to help them decide. And here's the truth: In 2026, trust will be the most valuable currency in your business. - Not clever reels. - Not viral hooks. - Not even “value-packed” emails with 10 DIY tips. ✨ Just trust. The kind that builds slowly but deeply. The kind that lets someone breathe, reflect, and say… “This is the person I've been looking for.” “She gets it.” “I'm ready to do the work — and I want to do it with her.” So the real question is: How do you hold attention long enough to build trust — without burning out, chasing, or performing every day? You lead with conviction, not pressure. And you deliver content that meets people where they actually are — mentally, emotionally, spiritually. That's why I teach the Pre-Sold Patient Podcast Protocol. Because audio is the last place people are still paying attention. 📱 While they're driving. 🧺 While they're folding laundry. 🥣 While they're making dinner. And that kind of access? It's intimate. Not for the masses — for the ready ones. Inside the upcoming coffee hours, I'm going to show you how to use a private podcast to create: ✔️ A safe, intentional container for your message ✔️ An experience that moves people through the real stages of change ✔️ And a filter that pre-qualifies and activates the right people

This is so spot‑on. The “attention recession” explains so much of what so many of us have been feeling — not discouraged, just aware that the old way of showing up doesn’t work anymore. People aren’t looking for more noise; they’re looking for someone they can trust with their transformation. What you’re describing feels like the future of ethical, sustainable leadership: slower, deeper, more intentional. And the podcast angle makes so much sense — it’s one of the few spaces where people are still actually listening, not skimming. I’m really leaning into this idea of leading with conviction instead of pressure, and creating spaces where people can breathe, reflect, and decide from clarity instead of hype. That’s the kind of business I want to build in 2026 — peaceful, pre‑sold, and rooted in trust. This message is right on time.
Holiday Traditions!
Every first snow of the season, or whenever we put the tree up (which ever comes first) we make puppy chow. It’s totally inflammatory and totally yummy! But we do it anyways. What is one of your family holiday traditions you aren’t giving up, no matter how unhealthy?!

One tradition I’m absolutely not giving up is our late‑night hot chocolate bar — the real kind with whole milk, way too much whipped cream, and toppings nobody needs but everybody loves. It’s sugary, it’s unnecessary, and it definitely isn’t “healthy”… but it’s cozy, it’s fun, and it feels like the official start of the holidays for us. Some things are worth keeping just for the joy they bring. 🤍
