I've been in this amazing community for a little over a month and I can feel a difference. The way I think & process my emotions. I overthink. Thinking worse case scenarios, replaying conversations & life moments that didn't happen yet called future tripping. This community teaches me ways to tackle those emotional spirals when they hit bc they will. Through support from others, weekly optional zoom calls, & other tools, I've been doing the work & it shows. It has honestly made a difference.
