-Message the realtor about the soon to be listed 4 plex he let slip. -Get onto realtor.com to find the houses closest to the school and hospital, now that I know when the J1 visa teachers are arriving that need housing, notice I know the listing agent and that 2 of the 3 houses have been on market for a while - Ask my Women's investing group if I could present the investment opportunity for my 150 acre RV park development near a national park and golf course
