He retired HOMELESS after 37 years of service
How would you have housed him? 11 Months HOMELESS. HOMELESS. HOMELESS He was in motels and timeshares, brothers home temporarily then back to extended stays. VA still considers this HOMELESS! It is. I housed him 2 times when he was introduced to me to be his Realtor. Why no other Realtor in 11 months? Oh yeah he had a Realtor! 😏 Watch the video ⏬⏬⏬⏬⏬ https://youtube.com/shorts/HAFYFefd_dQ?is=42AxjkqrN8mT7C2Y

I'm under the impression that a case manager could be a gatekeeper in discouraging veterans from obtaining immediate housing. My reasoning is because the case manager told me that veterans housed in a single family unit would not get hud vash and ssfv. Said case manager is not proactive in being a positive link between landlords and veterans. From years of experience what's your take on this?

Well thank you very much Yvette. I'm in class now and ready to learn in order to teach the case manager what he needs to learn. Oh by the way, I interested in learning about grants in order to better facilitate the veteran/residents.

I'm a U.S. Army veteran who served 3 years regular Army and 5 years full time Reserves. I would like to assist other vets.
