GO TO THE WATER This morning Spirit gave me 4 words before I even opened my eyes all the way. Go to the water. So I went. I grabbed nothing but myself and I sat at the edge of this lake and I let the stillness do what no conversation could do. I let it speak. WHAT WATER KNOWS THAT WE FORGET Water does not force its way anywhere. It moves around what blocks it. It finds the lowest place and fills it. It does not announce itself. It just arrives and does exactly what it was created to do. That is what this fast is teaching us to become. We are five days in. We started on the Spring Equinox, which is no accident. Everything that was dormant is being called back to life, including the parts of you that you buried under noise, routine, and other people's opinions. WHAT THE MORNING IS FOR The early morning hours are not just quiet by coincidence. That silence is intentional. It is an invitation. Spirit moves in that space before the world fills your mind with its agenda for the day.
