I’m currently dealing with a kidney stone that has honestly been more painful than childbirth, and I’ve only had about 4 hours of sleep over the past 3 days. My body is completely exhausted, and I need to take this time to rest and recover. If you believe in prayer, I would truly appreciate you keeping me in your prayers right now—I’m dealing with a lot. I never like to cancel, especially when I know so many of you show up ready to learn and grow, but I also want to make sure I’m able to give you my best energy when I’m teaching.
