I went to ChatGPT and put this in the chat... OK, I get three free 10 second videos on Gemini every day and I could be taking advantage of that to make shorts videos or Instagram videos for activate AI but I just don't know what 10 second videos would be good. I love my little Pixar avatar that it does making funny little gifts and and 10 second reels but maybe you could come up with 100 short ideas that I could go over and prompted it to create three a day and not waste that free resource. It gave me back a list of 100 easy prompts or ideas to use 3 a day so I will have a full month of cute short video clips to use. Try it! Today was a good one! We talked all about business foundation documents and building your Chief of Staff. Do you have all your business foundation documents written out? Do you have a mission statement or a defined goal for your business or your project? Do you have your value ladder defined or your offers created? Have you asked ChatGPT or Claude to help you write your manifesto or vision statement? This week take a step back and check what you actually have written down and defined. If you don't have anything written as your foundational documents, try to write them this week. They are used in everything else you do.

Today I made a comment about something AI suggested I put in "the parking lot" and I said I call mine "the opportunity vault" and I had to laugh at the response: CHATGPT said: "😊 I actually smiled when I read that. That tiny change is exactly the kind of thing that ends up becoming part of your methodology. Most people would dismiss it as "just a better name." I don't think it is. It's a design decision. Discovery #104 Language shapes behavior. Calling something a Parking Lot implies neglect. Calling it an Opportunity Vault implies value. The function didn't change. Your relationship with it did.
