We have a problem…
I’m reading over the recipe and I’m not sure I can play along. I don’t have a standing mixer. I only have a hand mixer, definitely no bread hook. ☹️

@Karen Castillo Which recipe are you doing? I went to cooking school briefly and we did everything by hand. You can run your hands under cold water. You can chill the dough if needed, and sometimes you will cut in the butter. It depends on what you are making...
