Day 5 Homework - Talk Titles
ChatGPT prompt response Person I help + transformation: I help high-achieving women with ADHD in perimenopause go from feeling like they’re losing their edge and questioning their competence to regaining clarity, confidence, and a sense of who they are again through my signature ASH Method: Assess Deeply, Stabilize, and Harmonize. The specific problem, tension, or conversation this talk should own: These women already know their hormones are changing. What they often do not understand is why the strategies and systems that worked for years suddenly stop working well enough in perimenopause, and what they need to do differently now. After hearing the talk, I want the audience to: Stop assuming they need to work harder or collect more ADHD hacks. I want them to understand why their old playbook may no longer fit, what needs to change in their strategy, and how to begin getting back to feeling sharp, capable, and like themselves again. 1. Curiosity-driven You Know It’s Your Hormones. So Why Aren’t Your Old ADHD Strategies Working? Why a stage owner might book it: It starts with something the audience already knows, then opens the real curiosity gap: why knowing hormones are involved still does not explain why their usual tools suddenly feel less effective. 2. Bold + contrarian More ADHD Strategies Won’t Fix a Perimenopause Problem Why a stage owner might book it: It challenges the assumption that the answer is another planner, productivity hack, app, or coping tool and introduces a more strategic way to think about what needs to happen first. 3. Transformation-focused How to Get Your Edge Back When Perimenopause Changes Your ADHD Brain Why a stage owner might book it: It focuses on the transformation the audience actually wants: feeling sharp, capable, confident, and like themselves again. 4. Problem-focused Why the ADHD Playbook That Worked for Years Stops Working in Perimenopause Why a stage owner might book it: It names a highly specific frustration for women who already have coping skills and cannot understand why the strategies they relied on for years suddenly are not enough.

@Natalie Nelson Yea it's an under discussed area. Which makes me crazy(er) because the physiology makes so much sense I can't believe it's hardly on anyone's radar. I honestly think it's on mine, though, because I live it.

@Stacy Lang I so understand that! But that's what makes us fun, right?!
Music of the Week
You guys played such fun music this past week and I had never heard any of those songs. Can you put up what the playlist was, please?
Day 5 Homework
The Miracle Embrace for Couples - (Directed at Married Women, Ages 35-60) My signature talk will address the loss of intimacy and its restoration in marriage, from "just roommates" to 100% intimacy saturation for the female every day. The result is a fairytale experience daily between the couple with a 2-minute embrace. No fairytale speaks of the passion after the wedding. But The Genie is what the husband wants the most; the passionate, sexy diva that will often initiate sex. She wishes she could feel it, but desire seems to have disappeared. With the Miracle Embrace, it returns very quickly. Couples often report years later, that from that first magical embrace, passion, romance and intimacy keep getting better - just like the fairytales they believed in childhood. After 30 years of marriage, one wife claimed, "Our sex has now improved over 100%. You're more emotionally involved. I feel like a newlywed again." Her husband says after 6 months, he is thrilled that she is still initiating sex with no signs of stopping. He gave me the idea to switch to more emphasis on the genie mode. This is my new identity! I have reincorporated it into my work with the heart-merging embrace seamlessly. It fits like a glove: Any suggestions?

@Karen Grove oh yes, I totally hear what you are saying. You actually reminded me I wanted to ask for the week’s playlist because I had never heard any of those songs before. My son is a classical musician so that’s usually the music being played in the house. It’s amazing how many great orchestral pieces are video game songs!

@Karen Grove and I love all these options! They are fantastic. It’s hard to pick! And I love the dialogue. When I’m in front of my computer I want to reread everything you said because I felt power in it.
