This week, create a "how-to" guide on something you are very skilled or knowledgeable in. Don't let the topic discourage you. As you know it so well, you might think that it is silly, or everyone knows it, or that it is too specific. The more specific, the better! Have you ever needed to repair something and you tried to Google information, and you couldn't find the answer? I have. You complete the how-to from start to finish with exact details (test it out as someone who has no idea about your topic). Next offer it! Everywhere! You can use free Notion templates and your social media. Charge appropriately based on the relevance of the topic. Keep it around $20. And viola. You have an offer out in the world. Now it's up to you to market it and let the money roll in. Even if you sell 5 a month to start, that's an extra $100. What could that $100 get you? Another (or larger) income-producing asset.
