I started an agency selling specialized landscaper software but it was a hell of a the thing to sell so I pivoted my agency to selling quality sites built with Claude and a maintenance package of $99/month to start. My niche is plumbers, landscapers, electricians that sort of thing. I'm in Ireland but I have a dialler for cold calling guys in the US too. Right now I'm just finalizing my first site template.
