What is stopping you from fixing this? If you knew what you needed to fix this, what would that be? Why all of a sudden is this important now? What’s keeping you from figuring this out on your own? How would your life be different than it is now if you got this sorted? Step Three – O – Observe Past Example Observe The Past Questions: In the past, what have you tried that hasn’t worked? What was the consequence of it not working for you? In the past, what have you tried to fix this? In the past, if you knew what you know now, how would you like to be supported? When it comes to getting help now, what exactly do you feel like you need?
