Week 4 Code: The Surrender
We've spent this month training control. Picking one thing and holding the line. Locking into what's ours. This week we finish the month by training the other half of control, the part nobody wants to talk about. Letting go of what isn't yours to carry. Real control isn't just about gripping harder. It's knowing what to release. The outcome you can't force. The person you can't change. The version of yourself you keep dragging around that doesn't fit anymore. This week, name one thing you've been trying to control that was never in your hands. Post it below. Then spend the next seven days practicing release. Not giving up, surrendering the illusion that your effort was ever going to change it. This is the hardest code of the month. Holding the line is discipline. Letting go is wisdom.

Not winning holiday challenge and going backwards (gained fat and lost muscle) instead shifting focus to strategic Olive oil fasting and upping my calorie and carb intake as well as more protein and 3-4 workouts a week with priority on sleep and recovery
