Everyone is racing to build AI agents.
But I think the harder challenge is building trust. An agent can generate content, write code, or answer questions. But if people still feel the need to double check everything it does, the productivity gains are limited. What do you think will matter more over the next 2–3 years? 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀?

Distribution is my opinion is the only thing that will matter. Models will be very good yes, but more importantly Harnesses will be better, which includes what you call more reliable AI Systems. Next 2 years it will be Harnesses.

@Yamine Daroueche By distribution I mean that once AI can reliably build and execute most tasks, the differentiator stops being "who has the best model or harness" and becomes "who owns the channel to the user." If build quality converges, the winners are whoever already has the audience, integrations, or default access, not whoever ships the most reliable output. Reliability becomes a commodity; access doesn't.
Cold calling buddy
Hey everyone, I run an AI automation agency from home based in the UK London. Recently, my pipeline has been a bit slow, so I set a strict goal for myself: cold calling 5 hours a day on Monday to Friday. But honestly? I've still been procrastinating. 😅 I actually worked as an appointment setter a few years ago, so the skill is in me. The problem is that working from home means I'm missing that bustling "sales floor" energy, which makes it so much harder to just pick up the phone and get started. I already use Focusmate to body double for my development sessions, and it works wonders for keeping me on track. I want to apply that same concept to sales. Here's what I'm looking for: - Another appointment setter or founder who also needs to make cold calls. - We hop on a Zoom/Google Meet, quickly state our goals for the session, mute our mics, and dial for 50 minutes. - Afterward, we unmute, recap how we did, and hold each other accountable. I think doing this with someone else who is also making calls would create a great "power hour" energy to get our motivation up and generate more sales. Is anyone in a similar boat and want to partner up for some sessions? Shoot me a DM or comment!
Cold calls
Going to start doing cold calls. Any advice for cold calling? Any dos and don't you figured out along the way? Any tactics you use? Do you use a script, or just go with the flow to make the call sound more natural?

@Drew Friedmann I can imagine. I am planning to start cold calling from monday for the next month see how it goes. I used to do it regularly years ago before I went full technical and now I lost that cold calling grit. Also where do you get your lists?
