The most frustrating is loosing weight, but no muscle gain! Or loosing weight the healthy way instead of loosing it due to health concerns. Building a healthy diet with an umbilical hernia and maintaining it with healthy muscle weight gain. Stress is a main factor always second guessing which ways to handle weight loss in a healthy matter. I know you knowledge and advice will make a positive effect and with your life changing guidance.
