1. This week my goal is to edit and upload my first yt video and start getting more familiar with poppy ai and how it can guide me more successfully. 2. I'm committing to one social media post a day 3. i need support with navigating poppy and knowing what to do next. it does feel a bit overwhelming. sometimes i feel like i have so much to do and it makes me not do anything 4. i will stay focused by taking small steps that feel aligned versus big ones that overwhelm me. also by reminding myself why i am doing this and who is waiting for me 5. just more guidance and what steps i should be taking and what comes next
