🎉 It’s Friday! Let’s Celebrate Our AI Wins
We’ve made it to the end of the week… so here’s a question for you: 👉 What’s been your biggest success using AI this week? It could be something that saved you hours, impressed a client, or even just made your day a little easier. Share your wins below so we can all celebrate and learn from each other. 💬 To get things started, I’ll share my biggest AI success this week in the comments. Your turn—what’s worked best for you?

Planned a 2 week trip to Japan with Chat. It even took into account special occasions (reason for the trip), food allergies and offered to book restaurants. It also provided specific train times for travel between cities, hotel suggestions and more. I had not used it for vacation planning for a couple of years. It has improved significantly!

@Marti DenUyl great idea. I have not experimented with Agents yet but that sounds like a perfect way to try it out. I might need to give this a shot for a few things on our trip. We have already booked flights but hotels are in process as are activities. Thanks for the suggestion
🎥 Missed the AI & ChatGPT Virtual Summit?
If you couldn’t make it to last week’s AI & ChatGPT Virtual Summit, don’t worry—the full recording is now available and included for you. 👉 [You can click here to go straight to the virtual summit] It’s packed with practical sessions to help you systemise, add value, and grow your firm with AI. Here are just some of the highlights from the recording: - Build an SOP Process Map - Business Advisory with AI - Adding Value with Financial Reporting Packs - How to Build an Automated System for Winning New Clients The recording even includes timestamps so you can jump straight to the parts that matter most. 👇 If you’ve already watched the replay, let me know in the comments: what was your biggest takeaway?

This was a great Summit. Lots of really useful tips and information regardless of where one is in their AI journey or practice. Biggest takeaway was the ease in which SOPs can be created. Now I need one of my team to implement it
🎥 Did You See the Livestream on Personal Use Cases?
I recently ran a livestream where I shared lots of personal, non-business ways to use ChatGPT. 👉 If you missed it, you can catch up now on my YouTube channel: [link] I’d love to hear from you; two things: 1. What was your favourite personal use case from the livestream? 2. What’s your own favourite personal use case for ChatGPT? (Something outside of work—anything you’ve found really helpful or fun) Drop your answers in the comments... I’m really curious to see what stood out for you, and what creative ways you’re already using ChatGPT in your personal life.

Using it to plan a two week trip to Japan right now (well my wife is). Already have great itinerary ideas and because she has been using it for personal stuff for the last two years, it knows a lot of what she likes to do so the planning includes idea side things of interest targeted to her more than just the generic tourist things to do. Sadly, it’s her Chat not mine so I’m it sure how many suggestions will include my likes?!? Happy Wife Happy Life right?
Anyone using AI agents to answer your phones?
I called my AC repair company the other day and it was obvious to me that I was speaking to an AI agent. It was actually pretty good. I use Highlevel for crm and marketing and they have an add on AI agent that can answer phones. Curious if anyone in the community is using AI agents to answer their phones and if you can share your experience and the platform you are using I would appreciate it.

Some Of of large telecoms/cell phone companies in Canada had been using a rudimentary version of this. It was more of a decision tree style agent but you could ask questions in natural language and about 75% of the time it managed to get you to the right place. I imagine today it is 100X better.
Definitions cheat sheet
A small group is planning to roll out AI use to our entire team (70 people in the firm). For some this will be their first interaction with AI while others are experienced users. As part of the introduction, I was hoping to provide a cheat sheet of terminology and definitions so that everyone has the same base level of understanding when we say "prompt" or "agent" or "LLM" Has anyone created something they can share? I know I can ask Chat to do this and potentially will but wanted to start with the community.

@Mark Wickersham you’re the best!! Thank you so much for the prompt. Mine would not not been anywhere near as detailed and I’m sure the results would have left me wanting. Interesting part of this, there are many terms here that I don’t know either so not only useful for my take but also for my own learning!
