A few days after the inspiring Conversations to Thrive Self-Inquiry session with Empowered Wellness Nurse Coach @Angela Johnson and brave participant @Sheena Mason-White, Angela and I had a one on one talk. We chatted about her becoming a co-moderator for this group, which we were both excited about! Sadly, on the evening of our chat, Angela received news that her brother had passed away unexpectedly. Her sister asked her to come to the States as soon as possible. Angela is now in Connecticut, moving through grief and funeral preparations with her family. Please send prayers, love, healing thoughts, encouraging words, etc. to Angela and her family during this difficult time. This life is so precious and wonderful. Remember to tell the people close to you that you love them, including yourself.
